1. 1. In most of the firms they will receive tons of job application so it is difficult to review and read all the job application

      1. They use some kind of tool(ATS tool - Application Tracking System) that is going to match the job description to the Resume submitted by the candidate

      2. Based on the comparison it will either select or reject the candidate.

Things to keep in mind for ATS friendly Resume ?

1. 1. Use standard section title : such as Work Experience , Skills and Education --> these are common -> and most the ATS Tool are designed to read these kind of headings.

      1. Simple Formatting: the more complex resume the more difficult is for the tool to read your resume.

      2. Use Keywords : This point is very crucial -> since the tool will basically read the keywords and try to compare it to the job description , it is better to use the keywords which are more suitable for your jobs.

      3. Submit as a Word Document : since most of the ATS it will be difficult to read the PDFs

      4. Avoid Using Abbrevation

      2. Add the required skill set in skills sections

      3. Make sure to add the relevant email and mobile number in the resume

      4. Make sure to add the skills in the experience sections too

      5. Try adding the necessary certifications if you have that can boost your profile too.
