  • I will be explaining in this article what I have learned and some of the examples from the book also.

  • People who think there work is important will behave a certain way as compared to people who think there work is not important, since when you think your work is important , you will put 100 percent of your effort and that's how you reach your full potential and that's how you grow.

  • People in the interviews also check this how you feel about your present job.

  • People who think in broader scale and make suggestions and improvement around the business , are likely to get promoted as compared to people who are just doing their job, I am personally really motivated about my job and this thing I have also learned from one of the podcast I have watched on youtube from beyond coding , where they were discussing about how to think as a developer in a broader perspective and from the business side of the things.

  • Say these lines every single day before starting your job or business or whatever you are doing. I am Important. I do have what it takes. I am a first-class performer. My work is important

  • Person who thinks their job is important Receives mental signals on how to do their job better and a better job means More promotions , more money , more prestige , more hapiness

  • You are what you think, think of enthusiasm and you will feel enthusiastic.

  • So if you think blogging is important you will do it sincerely, If you think running, workout is important and then you will behave in a particular manner as compared to those who do not think important. :)
